Develop and implement educational programs tailored to individuals with autism and developmental disabilities.
Provide transportation with reliable personal vehicle to individuals with intellectual disabilities.
Educate participants on essential skills for job readiness, including interviewing techniques and workplace etiquette.
To supervise and assist consumers with activities out in the community such as internship, pre employment, volunteer work programs, social skills, life skills, physical fitness, educational through community colleges and financial awareness.

CPR and First-aid Certification required
HS Diploma
Possess reliable vehicle with valid Registration, Insurance, and Driver’s License
Must pass Drug and Background Test
Must pass Physical and Tb Test
Ability to create an inclusive, supportive, and engaging learning environment
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey information clearly
A commitment to continuous professional development in relevant areas
